About the event
Alchemy of Loss is a one-day space to slow down, acknowledge loss, and explore what can emerge when we allow ourselves to truly feel it.
Through eco-emotions, ritual, breathwork, meditation and yoga, we will explore grief and other emotions connected to ecological loss and change. The day is an invitation to move beyond simply understanding these emotions and to meet them through the body, breath and collective practice.
No previous experience is needed. You don't need to arrive with answers or know exactly what you are feeling - just come as you are.
A day to pause. To feel. To release. To reconnect.
